David has practised law for over 15 years and holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University. This follows successful careers as a physicist, a mathematician and in the IT industry that took him across the world.

Property issues can affect almost anyone and David has helped a wide variety of clients including owners corporations, individuals and families, builders, developers, businesses and local councils.

David is also an accredited property law specialist and is currently Section Chair and Chair of the Executive Committee of the Property and Environmental Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria. He is also a regular speaker for the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and teaches at Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
