After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017, Gynette was admitted to legal practice in 2018 and has since built extensive experience across both property and commercial law.

In her property practice, Gynette advises on residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, property development, and a wide range of property-related issues, including adverse possession, owners corporation management and compliance, and complex title matters. Clients appreciate her clear communication, proactive approach, and ability to guide them confidently through each stage of their matter.

In commercial matters, she assists clients with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, business sales and acquisitions, contractual disputes, and general commercial advisory work.

She is committed to delivering practical, commercially focused advice that empowers clients to make informed and strategic decisions.

Fluent in Mandarin, Gynette provides legal advice and support in both English and Mandarin, helping to bridge communication gaps and make legal processes more accessible for a diverse client base.

Organised, approachable, and client-focused, Gynette ensures that clients feel supported as they navigate both routine transactions and significant property or business milestones.

Outside of work, she loves travelling to new places, learning about different cultures and finding the best food along the way. She prioritises wellness through Pilates and hiking and cherishes meaningful time with friends and family.
