Jessica was admitted to practice in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She helps clients in the areas of family law, estate planning, business advice, commercial leasing and civil litigation.
Jessica helps people who are going through separation or divorce to reach a fair outcome. This includes making sure clients understand their options when it comes to parenting arrangements, dividing the family property and support payments. She also represents people in negotiations and drafts the necessary agreements and paperwork.
Working closely with families and individuals, Jessica helps them plan their estates by drafting wills, a power of attorney and other legal documents. If a loved one has passed away, she also assists in arranging a grant of probate, giving advice if someone wants to contest a will or putting forward a family maintenance claim.
Jessica also helps people who are looking to buy or sell a business or negotiate a retail or commercial lease. She gets involved if there is a disagreement or dispute, representing clients in negotiations or in court.
