Tony has been practising law for over 50 years and is a well known personality in the Essendon area. In that time, he’s helped countless clients and has built a wealth of experience and knowledge in property law and estate planning.
As a property lawyer, Tony provides individuals and families with sound advice on how to best manage their property sales and purchases. He also works with medium and large businesses who are involved in complex commercial transactions including industrial subdivisions, developing residential blocks and establishing retirement villages.
Tony has worked with many families over generations to ensure their wealth is protected and their estate is managed the way they wish. He helps families set up their estate and assists them to review their plans when their family grows, changes or is blended with another. This includes drafting wills, putting in place family trusts, establishing Power of Attorney and medical directives.
For many families, Tony has gone from advising parents to looking after their children and grandchildren and ensuring their interests are looked after. As a grandfather of 10, Tony understands only too well how important it is to protect those you love. Now working on a consultancy basis, Tony enjoys playing golf a few times a week and spending quality time with his family.
